• ALL Students must check out through the Attendance Office and sign the necessary forms before leaving campus.
  Anyone who leaves campus without properly checking out will be unexcused and will be considered truant.
• If an emergency arises and you must pick up your child, please notify the attendance office as soon as possible and understand that because of class schedules it may be impossible to release your child immediately.
• A student can be released and information may be given ONLY to those persons on our school records. Parents, keep your emergency cards up-to-date for us, to better serve you.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS & TELEPHONE NUMBERS

• We ask that parents not use the Attendance Office as a message center except in emergencies.
• It is the responsibility of parents to inform the school of any changes of address or telephone number within 15 school days of the change. Failure to do so is cause for the child to forfeit his/her space at Le Conte Middle School.
