Homework

You can expect to have homework Monday through Friday, especially in the core academic classes - Math, English or ESL, Science, and Social Studies. You are responsible to set up a special time and place for homework. It is important that you do your homework without any distractions, such as TV, stereo, or telephone. You will have more homework than in elementary school, It is important that you ask your parents/guardians to help you with your homework. They are a great resource. If they are unavailable, LeConte Middle School offers many after school programs, as well as The Extended Learning Program on Saturdays.
