One of the most important factors of success in school is good attendance and punctuality. The following information explains some of our attendance procedures which we hope will be of assistance to you.

STUDENT ATTENDANCE POLICY GRADES 6-8
Any student (Grades 6-8) who accumulates a total of more than 10 DAYS OF ABSENCE during any school year, regardless of the reason, WILL NOT PARTICIPATE IN HIS/HER CULMINATION CEREMONY. A review committee will analyze, case by case, possible exceptions to this policy. If any 6" or 7h grade student becomes ineligible for graduation, due to more than 10 days of absence, he/she will be placed on Culmination Ceremony Probation. A student will be given ONE opportunity to be removed from Graduation Probation by having one future (payback) school year with no more than 5 days of absence.
