Students must pay for lost or damaged textbooks. The textbook clerk receives payments for lost or damaged books. The student must pay the replacement cost for the missing or damaged book. Students must clear their records for lost textbooks before teachers may issue replacement textbooks. Otherwise, they may be excluded from school activities. Actual payment is made at the Student Store at the end of the semester.
